Purpose data recording

Data provided to HOBBIT will be used to establish smooth and efficient communication with the lender.  The data are also used to keep the lender informed on new products and services and to offer him or her targeted offers.

Provision of information to third parties

Supplied data will not be submitted to other parties without permission from the lender. It is conceivable that HOBBIT will be obliged to provide certain information. In such case HOBBIT will only provide the data explicitly asked for and only if this is required by law and / or regulations.

Data protection and indemnity

HOBBIT respects the privacy of each registered individual or company and shall ensure that personal data is treated carefully and confidentially. All data are stored in files that are open only to employees of HOBBIT. HOBBIT strives to protect its systems from unauthorized use and makes use of technical and organizational measures. HOBBIT is not liable for loss of data, damage to files, unlawful access to computers or files, viruses spread, or any other consequence of the provision of data to HOBBIT.

Inspection and correction of data

If required, HOBBIT can provide a summary  to the lender of the data HOBBIT has collected and corrections will be made if desired. A data provider can indicate that its data can not be used to send information.
